Our Approach to Documentation Work
All Estrava services follow the same basic pattern: a preparation note sent in advance, one or more in-home sessions, and a final review of the output with you before it is handed over. The in-home format is not incidental — it is central to how the work functions. Belongings and documents are available as we go, which makes the process faster and more accurate than working from memory.
We do not take original documents away. Anything we look at during a session stays in your home. If we need to note something down, we do it in your presence.
Each service is scoped and priced individually. There are no packages that bundle things together unnecessarily — you choose the service that fits your situation and that is what you receive. The pricing is fixed, so you know the total cost before the first session.
After a service is complete, clients can return for a short update session at a reduced rate if circumstances change — a new account to add, an address update, or a story that has come to mind since the last visit.

Personal Inventory Setup

Hands-on help building a tidy inventory of belongings and key contacts that is easy to keep up to date. We work with you at home to record what you own, where it is located, and who relevant contacts are — insurance providers, account holders, solicitors, trusted neighbours.
What is included:
- One or two in-home sessions (typically 2–3 hours each)
- Completed inventory document in print and digital format
- Key contacts summary (accounts, services, advisors)
- Simple format designed for easy self-maintenance
- Final review session with you before handover
How the process works:
- 1We send a short preparation note — a few questions to help you think about what to focus on.
- 2We visit your home and work through the inventory together, room by room or category by category — whichever suits you.
- 3We compile the document and return for a review session before handing it over.

Document Filing Toolkit

Templates and a simple, logical format to help you organise records of personal belongings, accounts, and household documents at home. This service goes further than the inventory — it gives you a complete filing system and the guidance to maintain it independently over time.
What is included:

- Step-by-step guide for ongoing maintenance

- Review session and handover
- 30-day follow-up availability by email for any questions
How the process works:

- 2First session: we survey what you have and agree on the structure of the filing system.
- 3Second session: we build the system together, populating templates with your actual records.
- 4Final review: we walk through the completed system and ensure you feel confident using it.

Family Legacy Storytelling

Guided sessions to capture family history, memories, and personal stories into a written or recorded keepsake. We listen, ask questions that draw out the fuller picture, and shape what we hear into a document or recording that your family will want to keep. This is not an interview — it is a conversation, and it moves at your pace.
What is included:
- Four to six guided storytelling sessions
- Edited written keepsake document
- Optional audio or video recording (client supplies device)
- Full transcript of all sessions
- Final review and handover in print and digital format
How the process works:
- 1An introductory conversation to understand what stories and periods of life you want to focus on.
- 2A series of guided sessions — relaxed and conversational, with questions prepared in advance to prompt memory.
- 3The recordings or notes are shaped into a readable document, reviewed with you, and then finalised.
- 4Handover of the completed keepsake — printed and/or digital — and any audio or video files.
Best for: individuals who want to leave a record of their life and family history for their children or grandchildren.

No Copies Retained
We do not keep copies of documents, inventories, or stories after handover. All records belong to you.
Named Team Member
You will know in advance who will be present at each session. We do not send unfamiliar staff without notice.
Format Choices
Outputs are available in print, digital (PDF or Word), or both. You choose what is most useful for your household.
Flexible Pacing
Sessions can be spread over weeks or months. We pause and resume without needing to start over.
Bilingual by Default
All services are available in English and Thai. Documents can be produced in either or both languages.
Always In-Home
Every service is delivered at your home. We travel to you anywhere within Mueang Chiang Mai district.
