About Estrava

Helping People Put Their Affairs in Order — Thoughtfully

Estrava was founded on a simple idea: that everyone deserves a clear, private space to organise what they own and preserve what they value.

Our Story

How Estrava Came to Be

Estrava began in Chiang Mai in 2019, when our founder Nareeya Srisawat noticed a recurring difficulty among family friends and neighbours — not a dramatic one, but a quiet, persistent kind. People had accumulated decades of belongings, documents, and memories with no clear sense of where things were or what would happen to them. Some had experienced the difficulty first-hand after a family member passed, spending weeks trying to locate accounts, deeds, or the name of a solicitor. Others simply found the task of organising everything too large to begin alone.

Nareeya had spent years working as a personal organiser, helping households simplify their spaces. What she found, time and again, was that the task people most needed help with was not decluttering physical rooms — it was creating a clear record of what they owned, who to contact about it, and what stories surrounded the things that mattered to them.

Estrava was built around that need. It is not a legal service or a financial one. We are an organisational and documentation service, focused on the practical and the personal. Our work helps people feel settled — knowing that their important documents are in order, that a trusted family member could locate them, and that the stories they have lived are captured somewhere.

We work quietly and without pressure. Sessions happen at your home, in your own time. We bring structure; you bring the knowledge of your own life. Together, we produce something lasting and useful.

Our Mission

To provide individuals and families in Chiang Mai with calm, private, and practical support for organising their personal records and preserving what they want to pass forward — at a pace that suits them.

How We Work

Our Standards & Approach

Client Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as private. We do not retain copies of personal documents or share client details.

No-Pressure Engagement

We follow the client's lead. Sessions pause and resume according to your comfort. We never push for decisions or a faster pace than you are ready for.

Clear Written Outputs

Everything we help produce is written in plain language. There are no specialist software requirements — documents are readable by any family member.

In-Home Sessions Only

We believe this work is best done where you live. All sessions take place in your home, with your belongings and records at hand.

Bilingual Support

Our team works comfortably in English and Thai. Clients can choose whichever language suits them, or move between both during sessions.

Ongoing Availability

Once a service is complete, clients can return for a short update session as circumstances change — no need to start from scratch.

What We Believe

Organisation as a Form of Care

Most people know, at some level, that their personal records need attention. Documents sit in different drawers. Account numbers are written on scraps of paper. There may be items in the home whose significance only one person understands. When that person is no longer around to explain, the family is left piecing things together under difficult circumstances.

At Estrava, we see personal organisation not as a chore but as a considered act — something a person does to make things easier for the people they care about. A well-maintained inventory, a clearly filed document kit, or a recorded family story is a gift with practical and emotional value.

We do not deal in financial products, legal advice, or any form of registered professional service. Our work is organisational and documentary in nature, focused on helping individuals and families in Chiang Mai create a clear, accessible record of their lives and what they have built.

Northern Thailand has a long tradition of careful stewardship — of land, of household objects, of stories passed between generations. We draw on that tradition in how we approach our work: unhurried, attentive, and grounded in what actually matters to you and your family.
