Estrava's founder has been helping households in Northern Thailand bring order to their affairs since 2012. The work has included home offices, long-standing family residences, and the estates of individuals who relocated to Chiang Mai from abroad. That range of experience shapes how we approach each new engagement — with patience, without assumption.

Before each session we send a short preparation note — just a few questions about what you would like to focus on. This means we use the in-person time well, rather than spending it deciding what to do. Clients consistently say this makes the sessions feel productive without feeling rushed.
Each service has a defined shape: a beginning, a working period, and a final review. You know what to expect at every stage.
A Service Built Around You
No rigid programme or fixed path
We do not sell a programme with fixed modules. Each engagement is shaped around what the individual client actually needs. Some people want a complete personal inventory; others come to us specifically to capture stories for their grandchildren. We adjust accordingly.
If your priorities shift mid-engagement, that is fine. We work with the reality of your life, not around a fixed course outline.
Clear, Fixed Pricing
No hourly billing, no surprises
All three Estrava services have a fixed price stated upfront — ฿5,000, ฿19,500, or ฿33,000 depending on the service. You know the full cost before any work begins. There are no additional fees for extended sessions or for follow-up questions after delivery.
We do not operate on an hourly basis because we have found that hourly billing causes clients to feel they need to hurry. That is the opposite of what this work requires.
A Lasting, Usable Result
Something you and your family can actually use
Every Estrava engagement produces a document or keepsake that a person outside the process can pick up and use. The inventory formats are designed to be understood by a family member who has never seen them before. The story keepsakes are edited and formatted so they read naturally — not like interview transcripts.
Clients regularly tell us that handing the finished document to a family member is the moment the work feels most worthwhile.

The Document Stays With You
Unlike digitisation services, we do not retain copies of what we help create. The final document is yours — printed, digital, or both — and no version exists on our systems.
Oral and Written Legacy Options
The Family Legacy Storytelling service can produce a written keepsake, a recorded audio collection, or both — depending on what feels most natural for the family.
Flexible Scheduling Across Weeks
Sessions do not have to happen consecutively. We accommodate gaps for travel, health, or simply needing time between conversations — without restarting the process.
Family Members Can Join Sessions
If a family member wishes to be present — particularly for the storytelling service — that is welcome. Some clients find it helpful to have someone who knows the history present to fill in gaps.
